01 General Terms & Conditions

1up (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving Bangladesh and multiple other countries. These terms and conditions apply equally to all services, games, bonuses, and financial transactions on the Platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at 1up, you must meet all of the following requirements. Failure to satisfy any one of them gives us the right to reject your application or close your account.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and truthful.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must not be shared with anyone.

For account verification, we may request a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. KYC verification is mandatory to activate withdrawals and is typically completed within 24 hours.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on the 1up Platform must comply with our designated policies. We only accept funds from legitimate, lawful sources.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500 (Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket).
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (after KYC verification is complete).
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes; VIP members are processed within 5 minutes.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account tier.
